Tuition Assistance

The Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) model is built to ensure that we can continue to welcome an ever-wider array of individuals from all over the suburbs, the country, and the world, and grow our community in new and exciting ways. No two families are identical, so we have a variable tuition model to assess each family’s financial picture to determine a tuition that works best for you to join our community.

The Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) Committee makes all decisions for tuition adjustment on the basis of demonstrated financial need. FIT takes into consideration a family’s financial picture such as sibling enrollment, child or elderly care, and other extenuating circumstances as they relate to employment income or family expenses. During the course of the year, if you find that unforeseen medical or other events have created financial difficulty for your family, please contact the Administrator for more information regarding the mid-year Adjustment Process. Individual FIT grants may cover up to, but not exceed, 70% of the total tuition cost per student.

Tuition assistance applications are available online through FACTS after an accepted application for admission (for new families) or during the re-enrollment process. Families must apply for tuition assistance each year; tuition assistance rates are not guaranteed from year to year. The FIT will use information from FACTS, a third-party financial evaluator, and from  written statements provided by the family and/or a phone interview with the Administrator.
