Re-Enroll Today!
Priority re-enrollment opens in January and closes by April 1st. Priority re-enrollment offers current WSD families the opportunity to claim their student’s spot in their class. Additionally, a portion of the limited tuition assistance funds will be guaranteed for families applying and qualifying during priority enrollment.
Once the priority enrollment period ends, newly approved applicants may enroll and apply for remaining class spots and financial assistance. It is in the best interest of returning families to re-enroll in the priority window. After the priority re-enrollment period ends, spaces and funding will be allocated on a first-come basis for new or returning WSD students.
Enrollment is complete once the enrollment packet has been submitted and reviewed, a financial plan has been established and agreed upon, and the non-refundable materials fee has been paid. After these steps are finalized, new students may begin attending WSD, and returning students are officially re-enrolled.

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating and accessing the Family Portal Login listed below.
To access Family Portal:
Go to FACTS Family Portal
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided
Go to left-side Navigation Menu
Click on Apply/Enroll
Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment
You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.
Log into Family Portal as instructed above.
Our Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. Note that if your child is enrolling in grades 6-8, you will have the choice between two packets. If your child is enrolling full time, please choose the Waldorf package. If your child is accessing the offerings available to homeschooled students, please choose the homeschool packet.
The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have any questions, please contact our office at admissions@waldorfdupage.org.

Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login:
Go to FACTS Family Portal
Select Create New Family Portal Account
Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
Click Create Account

All students must have a birth certificate and health examination (including an immunization record or religious exemption) on file. Additionally, starting in Kindergarten all children must have proof of eye and dental exams.
Health Examination (including immunization record or religious exemption): Must have been completed between August 25, 2024-August 25, 2025
