Family Yoga is an opportunity for caregivers to playfully participate with their kiddos in yoga poses, yoga games and meditation. Join Ms. Rachael and her little yogi Araya as we move and explore animals and nature through yoga. Our classes end with sweet moments of connection and serenity.

This class takes place in the Community Room and is open to children 2-10 with a parent or caregiver over 18.

1 caregiver and 1 child is included in the $20 fee. Please pay an additional $5/person you'd like to bring to class.
