The townhome is only a few minutes from the Reserva Conchal Beach Club and the pristine Playa Conchal, known for its soft white sand.

Please note, construction is underway at a neighboring property, so we want you to be aware of potential noise disruptions.

Guests enjoy a convenient 5-minute drive to the beach, or you can use the free, on-demand shuttle service from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Additional services, including daily cleaning, grocery delivery, personal chef, or yoga instructor, can be arranged to enhance your stay.

Awardees of the auction will receive a 5 night stay for 2 people at Reserva Conchal, Costa Rica. The awardees will be credited the daily rental charges for 2 people and receive a $500 award that can be used toward services at Reserva Conchal. This includes golf, spa treatments, or meals at the beach club.

Black out dates: Awardees must book the time of stay to fall between May 1 - Oct 31

Credit is applied to the first 2 persons. Each additional person will be charged at the regular rate.
