Family Yoga

Family Yoga is an opportunity for caregivers to playfully participate with their kiddos ages 2-10 in yoga poses, yoga games and meditation. Join Ms. Rachael and her little yogi Araya from 10:00-10:40 a.m. as we move and explore animals and nature through yoga. Our classes end with sweet moments of connection and serenity.

  • One adult + one child (age 2-10): $20

    Additional Family $5

    Note that 50% of the proceeds from this event are donated back to The Waldorf School of DuPage's Games fund to support activities for children at the school.
